At The Grand 1401, we are proud to offer our stunning venue as the perfect backdrop for your photoshoot. Whether you’re capturing engagement portraits, editorial spreads, or styled shoots, our historic venue provides an unforgettable setting.

Photoshoot Rates:

Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM): $100 per hour

Monday – Friday (After 5 PM): $250 per hour

Saturday & Sunday: $500 per hour

⚡ Styled Shoots – $250 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Booking Details:

All reservations must be made by phone to ensure availability and secure your spot on our calendar.

Photoshoots are only allowed on dates when we do not have scheduled events.

Max Capacity of 8 people per shoot.

Exclusive Photographer Network:

Photographers who are part of our exclusive preferred vendor network enjoy waived photoshoot fees during the week and weekends. If you’re interested in joining our network, reach out to us for more details.

Collaboration Opportunities:

We welcome creative collaborations! If you’re a photographer looking to have fees waived for a weekday session (8 AM – 5 PM) in exchange for a partnership, send us an email with your concept and vision. We’d love to hear what you have in mind.
