Terms & Conditions for 2025 Referral Program
- Eligibility: To qualify for the $250 Ampersand Ice Cream gift card, a referred client must book one of the following 2025 dates at The Grand 1401: September 13, September 27, or November 1, and submit the required reservation deposit.

Referral Confirmation: Referrals must mention the referring person at the time of inquiry or booking. Only one referrer will be credited per booking.

Limited Availability: This offer is only valid for the first three bookings of the listed dates. Once all three dates have been booked and deposits received, the Ampersand gift card offer will expire.

Alternative Prizes: Any additional referrals made after the three dates are booked will still be eligible for a different prize, which will be determined and announced at a later date.

Prize Distribution: Gift cards will be distributed within 14 days of the deposit being received and the referral being confirmed.

General: This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions. The Grand 1401 reserves the right to modify or cancel this referral program at any time without prior notice.
