What’s Included in the Grand Package:
- 150 Gold Chiavari Chairs
These elegant chairs not only provide comfort but also add a stunning visual element to your reception, perfectly fitting with the grand ambiance of our ballrooms. These chairs are available in gold and champagne gold. If you don’t like the style of chair, we can always upgrade to a different style of chairs.
Upgrade Options: Clear Phoenix, Washington White/Gold, Washington Black/Gold, Ava Chair, Clear Chiavari, Victoria Ghost Chair and Bentwood Chairs.
If there is a chair we didn’t list, just ask us and we can find it for you.
- Linens for Your Tables
The package includes polyester linens for 15 round 66″ tables and 6 banquet tables. This provides a polished look to your reception, tying together the overall décor. You can upgrade from polyester lines to satin, crush, taffeta, sequin and many other types of linens. We offer a variety of different colors and patterns to select from!
- Sweetheart Table Setup
Our sweetheart table comes fully decorated 6′ table for two with linen, gold chiavari chairs, dinner plate, charger, water goblet, napkin fork, knife, spoon, and a floral arrangement, complemented by 30 feet of white or off-white draping. The draping is not limited to the sweetheart table area and can be used anywhere you’d like! This is our standard sweetheart table setup and can be used for any style wedding. The best part is that we created this standard setup with the intention that most of our couples will add personalized elements to their area.
In the case that you decide to have your ceremony, we can create a sweetheart table area that can also be used as the backdrop to your wedding ceremony!
- Dinnerware Rentals for 150 Guests
Your dinner service is fully covered with rentals that include a dinner plate, fork, knife, spoon, water goblet, napkin, and a decorative charger plate for each of your 150 guests.
5. 15 Natural Floral Centerpieces
Add a touch of natural beauty to each of your guest tables with 15 elegant floral centerpieces, carefully designed to enhance the aesthetic of your event. These centerpieces are made of natural floral from our local florist and these can be customized to your vision. Our floral arrangements can always be upgraded, we also offer artificial & silk flower arrangements. - Set-up and Tear-down
We take care of all the heavy lifting! Our team will handle the complete setup and tear-down of the included items, allowing you to relax and focus on enjoying your day.

If your guest list exceeds 150 people, you can easily add more décor at just $66 per person. Every package is fully customizable, with upgrade options available for linens, chairs, floral arrangements, and more.

We offer site visits so you can see the Grand Package in action before committing. These tours help you visualize how your wedding day will look in our historic ballrooms, ensuring that every detail is perfect for your special day.
Additional Items and Services
Please note that the Grand Package does not include the venue rental itself or items such as:
– DJ services
– Cake
– Food and beverages
– Photographer/videographer
– Invitations
– Photobooth
– Staging or additional decor
However, you’re welcome to add these through our preferred vendors, or bring in your own choices. We aim to make your wedding day as seamless as possible, which is why our packages are designed to complement the historic architecture of our ballrooms.
Booking and Deposit
Once you’ve decided that the Grand Package is the right fit for your event, a $2,000 deposit is required to secure your booking. We recommend securing your date early as our ballroom availability fills up quickly!
